We're Details Matter LLC, a growing professional auto detailing company specializing in premium ceramic coatings, paint correction, and protective services. With over 15 years of experience, we serve the Russellville, AL area and surrounding regions with Icon Rocklear® coatings, Ceramic Pro installations, and comprehensive detailing services.
As we expand our business, we're looking to hire a dedicated cold caller to help us reach more potential customers and grow our client base in the automotive care industry.
What You'll Do:
Call potential customers in our service area who may need auto detailing services
Use proven scripts to introduce our ceramic coating and detailing services
Schedule appointments for our detailing consultations and estimates
Follow up with leads interested in paint protection, ceramic coatings, and detailing services
Log all calls and customer information into our CRM system
Help identify businesses that might need fleet detailing services
What We're Looking For:
Friendly, professional phone presence with clear communication skills
Comfortable working 30-40 hours per week remotely
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Organized with strong time management skills
Willing to learn about our automotive services and take feedback
No prior experience required - we'll train you on our services and industry
